Aftercare Services

The goal of aftercare is to help your teen maintain a successful transition to home following a positive release from Arrowhead.  Through aftercare contact, your teen is assisted with family, peer, or personal problems for up to 90 days.  This assistance comes from the case manager and is arranged prior to discharge.

• Maintain close contact with resident for up to 90 days

• Support youth and family if problems arise
